RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Farm-Stretch Tools and Equipment, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order under the following terms:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Accepted Return Reasons

• Wrong item delivered.
• Defective or damaged product.
• Item not as described on our website.

Returns will not be accepted if the item is used, damaged after delivery, or returned after 3 days.

3. How to Return

Provide your order number and reason for return.
We will guide you on drop-off or courier collection.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
Refunds are sent to your original payment method (M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer).

5. Exchanges

Defective or incorrect items can be exchanged.
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.

6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, Farmstretch covers return shipping.
If the return is due to customer preference, the customer pays return shipping.
